TAP Transfer Artist Paper Classroom Pack

I have so missed this product for years, havent opened it yet but its essential to my art! Hope it never disappears again!

Excited to see this back on the market.

I was so happy to receive the new transfer paper. This is a fabulous product.

I used a sheet of TAP to embellish a shawl in a Victorian theme. I was amazed at how easy and smoothly it came out in my printer. No wrinkles or gaps of ink. I ironed a pastel portrait on a medium yellowish beige rayon fabric and the details and the colors came over perfectly. I was afraid it might looked washed on the fabric and it did not change at all. I was impressed. As I saw the image and how easy it was to use, I had a million ideas for the product and plan to make all of them!

This was so easy to use! With TAP you can do things that before were extremely difficult and even impossible! I just love it and will be using it from now on!

I am very pleased with the color transfer and the lasting quality of the transfer after it is put into a project.

I have not used a transfer medium with my printer before so I can't compare it to any other, but I am very pleased with the way it works. As a first time user I did get confused as to which side was which. I did follow instructions in the printing and I printed on the correct "white" side of the sheet. But then my dyslexic brain went to work. And I sat the iron down ON THE PICTURE I WANTED TO TRANSFER and not the blank "pale blue side". It may have helped if there had been a little more contrast in the color of the 2 sides or a message to "Press on this side" - something like that. But I am mad at myself and I just went ahead and reprinted on another sheet. I used that to transfer onto a sewing machine cover I am making and it worked beautifully and I love the result of it. I will use it again for other projects. I like the fact that it can be layered. I haven't tried that yet. I think it will add a new dimension to my sewing and other types of crafting.
