When will my order arrive?

Orders ship from our warehouse partner, Simon & Schuster, in Jackson, Tennessee. Processing and delivery times vary depending on the items in your order and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships, and you can also view your order status from your Account page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to the countries supported at checkout. International shipping availability, rates, and delivery estimates are calculated automatically based on the shipping address entered during checkout.

International orders ship via UPS International.

How can I track my order?

To track your order:

• Log in to your account.
• Navigate to Order History.
• Select your order to view tracking details.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Orders containing multiple item types may ship separately.

Common reasons include:

• Print-on-Demand titles ship separately and may take up to two additional weeks.
• Preorders ship when they are released.
• Digital downloads and eBooks do not include physical shipments.
• Mixed orders may arrive in multiple packages.
