Shipping & Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Standard physical orders ship from our fulfillment partner, Simon & Schuster, in Jackson, Tennessee. Please allow up to approximately 4 business days for warehouse processing before shipment.

Please note that our warehouse is currently experiencing delays, which may result in longer-than-normal processing and shipping times. We appreciate your patience while we process your order.

Shipping times shown at Checkout are carrier transit times and begin after warehouse processing is complete. Expedited shipping does not expedite warehouse processing.

Some products have different delivery timelines:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD): Please allow at least 2 weeks for U.S. delivery and an additional 2 weeks for international delivery. POD items ship separately, and expedited shipping is not available.

  • Preorders: Begin shipping on or after the availability date listed on the product page as inventory becomes available.

  • Digital products & Creative Spark courses: Available digitally after purchase and do not require shipping.

Orders containing different product types may ship separately and arrive at different times.

How do I track my order?

We'll email tracking information once it becomes available. You can also log in to your C&T Publishing account and view your Order History for available tracking details.

We may create a shipping label before the carrier receives your package. If your tracking shows "Label Created" or still shows no movement, your package may be awaiting carrier pickup.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after we create a shipping label.

Once your package is in transit, please refer to the carrier's tracking information for the most current delivery status and estimated arrival date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to supported international destinations. Checkout displays available shipping options, rates, and estimated transit times based on your shipping address.

International delivery times may vary due to carrier transit times, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Print-on-Demand products require additional delivery time for international orders.
