    Sara Nephew

Sara Nephew graduated from Alverno College, Milwaukee, with a Liberal Arts Degree in the Arts. She worked as a jeweler and enamelist, making cloisonné jewelry, enameled wedding rings, and more, and winning an award from the Milwaukee Art Museum. Moving to Seattle after marriage, Sara tried other crafts, including batik, where she built her jaunting tools. Quilting quickly captured her interest, and she soon created her tools: a series of 60-degree rulers for use with the rotary cutter, which then became a Clearview Triangle business. Since then, she has written more than 23 books, most recently co-authored with Marci Baker. She resides in Seattle, WA. quiltwithmarcibaker.com
