How Should I Quilt It?

The class was exactly what I needed to inspire a design for my quilt. It offered great ideas to sort through. The teacher was so friendly and organized; she didn't waste any time rambling but gave perfect directions for finding my own quilt pattern voice. I am so glad I found this class. I am inspired to look at quilting as a whole new process.

The title perfectly captures the lecture. It's very helpful. I have been free-motion quilting for twenty years and love doing it. I still learned a lot from this lecture and the handout. I will listen to this again and again and will put copies of the planner PDF next to my quilting station. I plan to call my avid quilting friends immediately and tell them they absolutely must purchase this class.

"How Should I Quilt It" with Christina Cameli is a great resource that I will refer to again and again with each quilt I make. She provides excellent ideas on how to approach quilting a project. I'm excited to use the PDF to help me brainstorm quilting ideas for my next project.

Christina truly shares some great concepts! I now see that if you put more forethought into the quilting plan, you can achieve more relevant results. I'm glad I took the course!

I love any class Christina has taught over the years, but this one was particularly useful for a quilter (like me) who is moving beyond the basics. The planning sheet is an excellent tool, and I plan to use it a lot. I tend to forget how important it is to make a plan, and then I get frustrated halfway through my quilting. This class emphasized how important it is to think about the quilt as a work of art rather than just a blanket to be quilted. I will listen to this a few times to cement the concepts Christina discussed.

This course is exactly what I needed for my quilting journey. I've only been quilting for about a year and want to learn more about design and quilting on my domestic machine. I sent three quilt tops to my local long-armer for all-over designs, and while they are beautiful, they are very costly. There are so many things to consider when creating a quilting design, and this course gave me the confidence to feel like I can do it myself. Thank you to Christina for this valuable information. I have several of her books and have learned so much from her. She is truly an inspiration, and her knowledge of design principles and love of free-motion quilting shines through.
