Sue Beevers knows her life is a Creative Journey. Playing with fiber all of her life, she has been knitting, tatting, crocheting, creating needlepoint designs, sewing and designing patterns since she was a child. She discovered weaving and spinning after college, has a COE in Handweaving, and has been an adjudicator for the COE in Hand Spinning. A friend introduced her to quilting 10 years later. She has been involved ever since. She has been in numerous exhibits throughout the US and Europe, and her work has appeared in numerous magazines and books, and is in public and private collections. She has taught workshops throughout the US, and has spoken at numerous Conferences. She has written two books, both for C&T Publishing. Sue says her life revolves around being outside. Her major interest is the plants and indigenous wildflowers in the area, and the seasonal changes of the earth. This interest is evident in her quilting, paintings and collages.
