    Sue Beevers

Sue Beevers knows her life is a creative journey. Playing with fiber all of her life, she began as a dedicated weaver, spinner, and dyer, which remain her main loves. She has been knitting, tatting, crocheting, and designing patterns since she was a child. Her work has appeared in a number of magazines and books. Sue says her life revolves around being outside. Her major interest is in the natural cycles in the world—the seasonal changes and the cycles of growing things. Her creativity extends into art and music. A Cello Instructor at Hamilton College in Upstate New York, Sue was also a dedicated painter before she discovered fabric. Her biggest kick in life is to watch people take something they already know and look at it differently. It's what she dearly loves. Sue has been married to David for over 50 years. She has two grown children and two grandchildren. She teaches quilting, weaving, and other fiber arts throughout the United States, and her work exists in public and private collections throughout the U.S., Europe, and Japan. She has designed numerous fabric lines for Northcott. She is also a quilt pattern designer. Visit Sue on the Web at: www.suebeevers.com
