    Sara Trail

    Sara Trail is the founder and Executive Director of the Social Justice Sewing Academy. SJSA youth and community quilts have been showcased at QuiltCon, PIQF the past few years and have been featured in many exhibits such as the San Jose Quilt and Textile Museum, National Quilt Museum, New England Quilt Museum, Fuller Craft, Museum of Design Atlanta, and more. SJSA has been featured in Teen Vogue, NY Times, Washington Post, Harvard journals and various other places. Sara holds a Master of Education degree from Harvard University as well as a BA from UC Berkeley.
