Christina McCourt is known for her exquisite feel for fabric and pattern combinations. Her previous book with Kansas City Star Quilts was titled Portrait of a Lady. She has been published in numerous magazines, including Quilt, Quilt Sampler, Fabric Trends, Quilting for Christmas, Quilt Almanac, Quiltmaker’s 100 Blocks, Fons and Porter Scrap Quilts, and Fons and Porter Easy Quilts. Christina grew up in the small town of New London, Missouri, and she still resides in New London one block away from her childhood home. She lives with her husband Shawn, four children (Andrew, Melanie, Brendan, and Drake), four dogs, and three cats.
