Christina Lee is a quilt pattern designer and owner of Sweet Potato Quilts, named after her first dog Goguma, which means sweet potato in Korean. She helps quilters explore their creativity and build confidence with beginner-friendly patterns, a supportive community, and a growing library of mix-and-match quilt block patterns. Christina offers an online Block-of-the-Month program and a Quilt Club membership that makes it fun for quilters to learn and make quilts with mix-and-match blocks. Her mission is to provide the tools and encouragement quilters need to make the quilts they are proud of. Christina is also a Juilliard-trained clarinetist who now plays with the Boise Philharmonic, where she lives with her husband and their two dogs. She is also an elementary school music teacher.
