Great Technique

This is an old book so the fabrics are very dated and not so appealing (especially if you have a more modern sensibility) however Judy's technique for foundation paper piecing is FABULOUS!! If you hate pulling out all those little bits of paper then buy this book - you won't be sorry. Judy has made some stunning Mariners Compass quilts one of them was in the best 100 quilts of the 20th century but even if you don't plan on making a mariners compass learning her technique will allow you to make any FPP pattern using freezer paper and you won't have to pick out one bit of paper!
