What Are Creative Spark Events?

Creative Spark Live Events are virtual quilting and crafting experiences that bring together 500–1,000+ makers from around the world. Each event features:

• Expert-led workshops and breakout sessions
• Real-time interaction with instructors and attendees
• Exclusive event recordings (not sold afterward)
• Giveaways, prizes, and digital swag bags

We host 5–6 events each year, each one uniquely curated with fresh instructors, projects, and themes—so no two events are ever the same.

How Sponsorship Works

There’s no monetary cost to sponsor a Creative Spark event. Instead, sponsorship is an exchange: you provide a prize donation (raffled to attendees) and help promote the event, and in return, you receive exposure, perks, and access to an engaged audience of 500–1,000+ makers.

Sponsorship Tiers

We offer three levels of sponsorship to fit your goals and budget. Each tier includes a buy-in prize contribution (varies by level), core benefits available to all sponsors, and additional perks depending on your tier.

Tier 1: Platinum (Limited Availability)

• Buy-in: Prize(s) valued at $400+
• You Provide: 
  • 2 email blasts + 2 email mentions
  • 3 social media posts
• Extra Perks:
  • Premium logo placement + homepage banner
  • Full-page ad in program
  • Promotional video added to the event course
  • Post-event sponsor report
  • 2+ Creative Spark social media posts

Tier 2: Gold

• Buy-in: Prize(s) valued at $150+
• You Provide:
  • 1 email blast + 2 email mentions
  • 2 social media posts
• Extra Perks:
  • Half-page ad in program
  • Option to include a product video in course
  • 2+ Creative Spark social media posts

Tier 3: Silver

• Buy-in: Prize(s) valued at $80+
• You Provide:
  • 2 email mentions
  • 1 social media post
• Extra Perks: 
  • Quarter-page ad in program
  • 1+ Creative Spark social media post
