Easy read
The second book in the cozy quilting series finds Sarah Miller settled in the Cunningham retirement village and when a young girls disappears, once again Sarah and her friend Sophie get involved. Of course, everything is not as it seems and Running Stitches is a family drama read. The story continues on from Tie Died and once again includes a quilting theme. Sarah is finding love again and I must admit I do love the romance she is finding. Charles is completely right for her. Her friends are delightful and the mystery unfolds beautifully. These novels are fast becoming a favourite of mine, They are easy reads and the humour shines through despite the sadness of the missing girl. Sophie is hilarious, and I love how the resident of the village have so much fun in their older years…. all is not lost!! Once again the quilt pattern of the back of the book comes with full instructions. The covers of these books are of the finished quilts.
