Callout for an Embroidery Sampler Book

Callout for an Embroidery Sampler Book

Are you interested in getting your work shared with more than 200,000 of C&T Publishing's email subscribers? Interested in participating in a book that is sure to drive traffic to your website, social media, or Etsy store? If the answer is YES, read on.

Stash Books, an imprint of C&T Publishing, is compiling a Design Collective book featuring embroidery sampler patterns. We'd love for you to design a sampler to be included! Stash Books is the leading publisher of best-selling craft books. We work with celebrated designers like Arounna Khounnoraj, Michelle Staub, and Megan Zaniewski to create beautiful, instructional books that inspire and teach readers around the world.

Compensation:

You will be paid $300 upon acceptance of completed materials. You will also receive 2 copies of the book when it is released. You can purchase copies of the book at a 50% discount to resell on your website or at events at list price. We would also love to have you as a teacher at a live event when we release the book. The event format is to be determined. This would be an opportunity to share knowledge and connect directly with our customers. You will be compensated for the event if you choose to participate.

Contract:

This project is contracted as a hybrid license. You grant C&T Publishing an exclusive license for three years from the publication date and then a non-exclusive license after that period. The sampler design must be new and not previously published.
