And so it begins!

This afternoon I will host a Facebook Live at 4 Central time on TerifiCreations by Teri Lucas (https://www.facebook.com/events/286085239142377/). There is a tremendous sense of relief and accomplishment in Color, Thread, and Free-Motion Quilting Learn to Stitch with Reckless Abandon in actual book form. Contained in these pages are some of my very best tips for both free-motion quilting and how to work with color. After watching Joen Wolfrom on Simply Quilts with Alex Anderson and learning about the Color Wheel and the 3-in-1 Color Tool I set out on a wild ride to get to know the tools, and ultimately color better. One of the coolest aha moments came when I realized that the red and green filters will work for thread as well as fabric. Mind. Blown. If I needed to highlight or knock something back I had the tools in hand to make that happen.

This week Melissa Thompson Maher formerly of Generation Q Magazine, Susan Emory with Michael Miller, Jenny Lyon, Paula Reid, Teresa Coates , Scott Hansen, and Linda Pearl each share their thoughts on Color, Thread & Free-Motion Quilting.
